• When you need to know when they getting up from their wheelchair this is a great product. System includes everything you need. Once Easy Release Seat Belt and one high quality Bed Alarm. (9 volt battery not included)
• The seat belt easily attaches firmly to the seat of the wheelchair using some of the seat grommets already in place on your chair. The seatbelt is attached to a bed monitor which hangs on the handles of the wheel chair. When your patient decides they want to get out of their wheel chair, they press the red release on on the seat belt (one finger release) and the seat belt opens. As it does, the alarm on the monitor will sound, alerting you that they trying to get up.
• With this system, you will know BEFORE your patient starts to stand that they intending to get out of their chair. This is because the alarm sounds as soon as they release the catch on the seat belt, and before they place their hands on the arms of their chair, and start to push themselves up to a standing position.
• The alarm has an on/off switch and volume control, so you can easily turn off once you reach your patient.
